A new body is needed to assess existing and alternative drugs policies, and could be partly funded by assets seized from dealers, campaigners have said.
The UK Drug Policy Commission said billions of pounds a year were spent tackling drug problems, “without always knowing what difference it makes”.

Back on 22 August (2012), I wrote a post about the age of consent. I explained that my almost sixteen-year-old had told she’d read across Google that the age of consent was being dropped to 14. I quickly ‘Googled it’ and found all sorts of info. Some good, some not so good. It didn’t take me long to find a reliable source: On February 16th of 2007 the Telegraph ran this headline:
